We perform the refurbishment of the used mechanical seals at the EagleBurgmann Service Center in Tiszaújváros (Hungary).
The reconditioning process consists of:
- disassemble of mechanical seals
- checking the components, materials, dimensions and tolerances according to EagleBurgmann internal standards (according to manufacturing drawings and tolerances)
- preparing the inspection report, repair documentation and sending it to the user together with the quote
- if the customer accepts the offer, the seal is retrofitted and delivered to him (a repaired mechanical seal has similar quality as a new one, the repair cost is between 30-65% compared to the price of a new seal)
- if the customer does not accept the offer, the seal will be reassembled and sent back to him.
